From September 17 to 22, at the 2024 International Transportation Fair in Hannover, Germany, which attracted worldwide attention, EVE Lithium Energy brought a number of commercial products and application solutions such as open source batteries, modules and systems, and hydrogen batteries.

Open source battery overseas first for green transport open source and throttle

Driven by policy guidance, sustainable development needs and technological progress, European commercial vehicles are accelerating towards electrification, in this context, EVE Lithium Energy released at the exhibition with both high performance, ultra-durable open-source batteries, which can meet the performance needs of logistics vehicles, light trucks, heavy trucks and other scenarios. The battery cell adopts a variety of innovative materials, supports 3C supercharge, meets the 15-minute SOC from 20%-80%, and can still be charged at -30℃, and the cycle life is up to 7000 times, ensuring the whole life cycle of the vehicle. Under the advanced heat transfer technology, the temperature difference of the battery system is less than 8℃, ensuring the excellent performance and safety of the product; Using CTP global foaming technology and high toughness aluminum alloy material, the structure has high physical strength and is not afraid of harsh working conditions; SOX cloud estimation superimposed OTA online upgrade, SOC prediction is more accurate, so that users are more assured.

Standardized modules meet diverse needs

EVE Lithium Energy module products can be flexibly combined, specially developed for commercial vehicles with multi-application scenarios and multi-size requirements. The M21 module uses a high energy density NCM chemical system to support 16 minutes fast charge to 80%SOC, which can greatly improve operational efficiency and is suitable for logistics vehicles. The LF105 module uses the dual steel strip process and CCS laser welding technology to make the battery structural strength excellent, ensure stable operation under harsh conditions, and meet the needs of forklift trucks. The E platform has the characteristics of standardized design, extreme space utilization, hardware overdischarge protection and integrated BDU, which can provide efficient and safe power support for high-altitude working equipment such as shear forklift truck and arm truck.

Cutting-edge technology products demonstrate innovative strength

EVE Lithium LMX and hydrogen battery products received much attention at the exhibition site. The energy density of LMX series products is increased by more than 14%, the percentage of discharge energy at -20℃ exceeds 80%, and the cycle life exceeds 5,500 times, meeting the needs of international commercial vehicle customers for high energy density, high reliability and long life. Hydrogen energy battery is suitable for fixed power generation field, product volume power density up to 4.2kW/L, design life up to 20000h, can achieve -30℃ low temperature start-up, with high efficiency, long life, high reliability and other advantages, can be customized according to customer power needs.
