For a single nominal 3.6V battery, the maximum charging rated voltage is 4.2V, and the upper limit of allowable error is not more than 1%.
The ideal charging current of lead-acid battery is pulsed, pulse charging is best with the 50-60HZ mains power supply we use, which is directly rectified and does not filter pulsating DC charging. Because the self-discharge rate of lead-acid batteries is relatively large, constant voltage charging is generally used when power frequency charging is used.
The high frequency switching power supply technology is organically combined with embedded microcomputer control technology, and the intelligent dynamic adjustment technology is used to optimize the charging characteristic curve and effectively extend the service life of the battery. It adopts constant current /W stage/constant voltage/small constant current four stage charging mode, with high charging efficiency, high reliability, easy operation, light weight, small size and so on.
When the charging current is greater than the set value, only make the charging indicator turn red without changing the output voltage; When the charging current is less than the set value, the charging indicator turns green without changing the output voltage. That is to say, there is a voltage before and after turning the lamp, that is, the voltage limit value calculated before.
Therefore, this current setting value should be called "turning lamp current" is more accurate, about 0.02C. Measured several manufacturers supporting lithium charger, 10Ah lithium battery pack lamp current is about 240mA to 260mA. After the green light continues to charge for some time, the charging current will be close to zero. After the lead-acid battery turns red to green, because the high constant voltage becomes low constant voltage, the charging current will soon be close to zero.

1. Do not casually change the charger, do not remove the controller speed limit
If the mileage of the lead-acid battery is relatively long, you can use multiple chargers, and the charger that makes up the charge during the day uses another supplementary charger, and the original charger is used at night. Removing the controller's speed limit, while increasing the speed of some cars, can also reduce battery life in addition to reducing car safety.

The current lead-acid battery charger basically does not do high vibration resistance design, many chargers after vibration, the internal potentiometer will drift, will make the whole parameter drift, resulting in abnormal charging state. It should also be noted that the charging time should keep the charger ventilated, otherwise it will affect the life of the charger and may also affect the charging state. This will cause damage to the battery, so it is very important to protect the charger.
3. Charge every day
Charging every day will make the lead-acid battery in a circulating state, and the life of the battery will be extended. The memory benefit of lead-acid batteries is not so strong, and frequent discharge will have a great impact on battery life. Many chargers are fully charged after the indicator light changes, and the battery is charged at 97% to 99%. Although only 1% to 3% of the electricity is charged, the impact on the endurance can be almost ignored, but it will also form an under-charge accumulation, so the battery is fully charged after the lamp or continue to float charging as much as possible, which is also good for inhibiting battery cure.
4. Charge in time
Timely charging of lead-acid batteries can eliminate not serious vulcanization, if not timely charging, these sulfide crystals will accumulate and gradually form coarse crystals, the general charger for these coarse crystals is powerless, will gradually form battery capacity decline, shorten the battery life.
