On April 28, China Lonking held the first off-line ceremony of electric loaders equipped with CATL's new generation of long-life batteries at its headquarters in Longyan, Fujian Province, which was the first landing of CATL's special long-life batteries for loaders.

The construction machinery industry is one of the important territories of CATL's electrification layout, and electric loaders have become the pioneer of electrification transformation in the construction machinery industry by virtue of zero-emission, efficient work, comfort, and intelligence, as well as superior oil and electricity economy, and the penetration rate of electrification in the industry is expected to exceed 20% in 2024.

At present, there are more than 10,000 electric loaders equipped with CATL batteries, and more than 300 loaders with more than 20,000 working hours.

At present, CATL's market share in the loader and construction machinery industry has reached more than 90%.

The long-life battery system launched by China Lonking is a new generation of products developed by CATL specifically for the loader market, which has significantly improved its service life, energy density, and severe working conditions compared with the previous generation of products:

• Long life: The new generation of long-life battery cells is adopted, and the system life is increased by 60%+ compared with existing products;

• High energy: integrated electrical box structure + new generation battery cell, power increased by 30%+;

• High strength + strong anti-corrosion: The structural design of the high-strength electric box increases the mechanical strength by 1.5 times, and adopts special anti-corrosion material technology to adapt to a variety of harsh working conditions.
