At the ESIE 2025 International Energy Storage Expo, Sunwoda Energy officially launched the Xinjiyuan 2000, the world’s first 10-meter-class, 2MWh liquid-cooled all-in-one mobile energy storage vehicle. Nicknamed the “super power bank” by industry insiders, the Xinjiyuan 2000 sets a new standard in mobile energy solutions with its advanced safety architecture, cutting-edge liquid cooling technology, high-efficiency energy management, and strong adaptability across diverse scenarios. It marks a major step forward in the evolution of mobile energy systems toward greater intelligence, flexibility, and sustainability.
Built on Sunwoda’s proprietary 314Ah battery cells, the Xinjiyuan 2000 delivers a total energy capacity of 2MWh, a 300% increase over conventional mobile units. Equipped with an 800kW PCS (power conversion system) and a 240kW liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging module, it enables high-power output and rapid energy replenishment. Designed for emergency backup, public EV charging, and green infrastructure construction, its 9.95-meter compact body allows it to navigate complex terrains with ease — delivering true "power where and when you need it."
Safety remains the cornerstone of any energy storage system. The Xinjiyuan 2000 features a six-layer safety architecture, protecting every layer from cell to system. The Sunwoda 314Ah cells undergo rigorous puncture, crush, and vibration testing under liquid-cooling conditions to ensure structural integrity. It also incorporates a directed explosion vent, active fire suppression system, and 24/7 smart sensor monitoring, significantly reducing the risks of thermal runaway, fire, or other hazards.
As the first mobile energy storage vehicle in the industry to integrate liquid cooling technology, the Xinjiyuan 2000 dramatically improves system stability, energy density, and heat dissipation. It performs reliably even in extreme environments — including high heat, subzero temperatures, and rugged terrains like mountains and mines. Its low-noise operation makes it an ideal green replacement for diesel generators in utility maintenance, disaster response, and outdoor construction, delivering quiet, efficient, and clean power.
Sunwoda has confirmed that the Xinjiyuan 2000 will officially enter mass production in May 2025. Its intelligent manufacturing facilities are fully prepared, and with flexible supply chains and a responsive global support network, the product will offer “order-to-production, delivery-on-demand” capabilities. It is positioned to meet diverse, customized energy storage needs across the international market.
