This series of high-frequency charging piles have high conversion efficiency, high voltage and, current stabilization accuracy and, advanced transient response index, smooth output current waveform with small ripple. In addition, due to the adoption of high-frequency switching technology, power supply has the characteristics of power saving, easy control, wide, adjustable range, small volume, and light weight.
Overview of working principle:
The charging pile is mainly composed of a rectifier filter circuit, high-frequency switching inverter circuit, PWM control circuit, output rectifier filter circuit, reverse connection protection, voltage regulator, voltage limiter circuit, current regulator, current limiter circuit, protection circuit, and 12V auxiliary power circuit, etc. It is also equipped with a CAN-BUS communication function.
